A2 Key for Schools (KET S) is a pre-intermediate level exam, set at Level A2 of the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). A2 Key (KET) and A2 Key for Schools (KET S) follow exactly the same format and the level of the question papers is identical.

The content and treatment of topics in A2 Key for Schools (KET S) have been particularly targeted at the interests and experience of school pupils.
